Even though Mixed Martial Arts is a modern developement it is 100% firmly rooted in the traditional arts.

As such we place a great deal of emphasis on the values taught in tradition martial arts.

BE AT THE GYM 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR CLASS STARTS

Please be early for your class. Being late causes unnecessary disruption to your team mates.


MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL OF YOUR EQUIPMENT WITH YOU

  • Shin Pads
  • Groin Guard
  • Gum Shield
  • MMA Sparring Gloves
  • Authorised Shorts (MMA/Thai) None with Zips or Pockets
  • Clean T-Shirt/Rash Guard
