Our Advanced MMA class is for those who have a reasonable amount of Combat Sports experience
You will need a good level of fitness and a good understanding of MMA to take part in this class.
In these sessions we drill more advanced techniques in al 3 ranges i.e. Stand Up-Clinch-Ground.
